Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga, een dynamische vorm van yoga, verweeft naadloos adem en beweging. Door het uitvoeren van verschillende houdingen, zowel afzonderlijk als in series, vergroot je niet alleen je kracht en lenigheid, maar blijf je ook verbonden met je adem en de sensaties in je lichaam. De zonnegroet (planken, opwaartse- en neerwaartse houding) vormt het fundament

Na mijn opleiding Maatschappelijk Werk & Dienstverlening heb ik een aantal jaren in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg gewerkt. In mei 2016 heb ik de opleiding tot Vinyasa yogadocent afgerond. Daarna heb ik nog verschillende opleidingsmodules gevolgd bij Svastha, de Nieuwe Yogaschool en The Polyvagal Institute. Sinds 2016 geef ik les op verschillende plekken. Dat combineer ik tegenwoordig met werk in een verpleeghuis.
